The duration of therapy can vary significantly based on individual needs and circumstances. Some individuals may engage in short-term therapy, which often lasts a few weeks to a few months, typically involving a specific issue or crisis. Others may pursue long-term therapy, which can extend over several months to years, especially for deeper psychological issues or ongoing life challenges.

I am in network with Cigna, Aetna, BCBS of Texas, Rula (EAP), Spring Health (EAP), and private pay. If you don't want to use your insurance or do not have the insurances listed you can use Out of Network benefits and I can supply a superbill for sessions. If you are interested in this option, call your insurance carrier and find out if they will accept an Out of Network (OON) provider superbill. Also, verify what your OON mental health benefits will offer. You would pay for services each session and then I would supply you a superbill on a monthly basis to submit for possible partial or full reimbursement of fees.
