FAQs

  • Do you accept Insurance?

I am in network with Cigna, Aetna, BCBS of Texas, Rula (EAP), Spring Health (EAP), and private pay. If you don't want to use your insurance or do not have the insurances listed you can use Out of Network benefits and I can supply a superbill for sessions. If you are interested in this option, call your insurance carrier and find out if they will accept an Out of Network (OON) provider superbill. Also, verify what your OON mental health benefits will offer. You would pay for services each session and then I would supply you a superbill on a monthly basis to submit for possible partial or full reimbursement of fees.

  • What are your fees?

    Private Pay:

    Intake Session (60 Minutes): $135

    Individual Session (50 Minutes): $120

All fees are due at time of service. A credit card must be on file for all payments.

  • How does online therapy work?

Online sessions are conducted via a secure platform, ensuring your privacy and convenience .Online therapy through a secure platform enables us to connect with clients virtually, saving them the hassle of traffic and extra time away from work or school. Many find virtual therapy to be a convenient, time-efficient, and effective way to access the support they need.

  • What ages do you see?

I see children as young as 10 years of age. Online therapy can be effective for some children and teens, though I carefully screen each client to ensure it’s the right fit for their needs. When virtual therapy is suitable, I use interactive tools, games, and creative activities to engage them, build trust, teach coping skills, and explore emotions. For younger children, sessions may involve parents to support skill application at home.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $100 missed appointment/late cancellation fee.

  • Does what we talk about in therapy stay confidential?

Yes. As a therapist, I am ethically and legally bound to uphold confidentiality. The law and Counseling Professional Ethics  require therapists to maintain confidentiality except for a few situations involving the law and safety.
