Hi there, I’m Vicky!

NICE TO MEET YOU

I’m a bilingual licensed therapist (Spanish/English)

Vicky

I am deeply committed to fostering positive change and empowerment in the lives of those I work with. I have over a decade of experience working with children, teens, and adults in both the school setting and private practice. My mission is to empower you to embark on a journey of self-discovery, growth, and transformation, guiding you every step of the way towards a healthier, happier, and more fulfilling life.

I am licensed to provide therapy in both Texas and Kansas. I have extensive training and experience working with diverse populations including children (10+), teens, parents, college students, and women across the lifespan.

I also specialize in school based therapy, having worked in the public school setting for over 12 years. I work closely with children, parents, and teachers to address emotional and behavioral challenges that many children face.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My goal is to provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment, using my empathy and collaborative nature. I want to equip you with the tools you need to empower yourself and maintain positive changes in your life. I enjoy the work I do and find the therapeutic relationship to be a powerful component of this long-lasting change. I'm here to help you sort through the things that are difficult right now, and offer you a safe place to be open and honest without fear of judgment.

I recognize the courage it takes to seek support for yourself or your child. I honor the uniqueness of your journey and who you are as an individual.

I’m here to provide a supportive space for you or your child to explore, grow, and rediscover your strengths and who you are. Together, we’ll work at your pace to create meaningful change and uncover the tools you or your child need to live the life you want to live.

                                                                                       my philosophy
